Conference Highlights
STADIUM FACILITIES
Conference sessions will be held in the Darrell K. Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium complex.

AIR TRAVEL
If flying into Austin, book your flight to Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Austin’s airport is a 15 minute drive from the University of Texas campus.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Ride sharing, taxi, bus, and rental cars are all available from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. For those staying at the AT&T Conference Center, you will NOT need a rental car unless you plan to explore parts of the metro area away from downtown (transportation will be provided to all CBDNA events).
HOUSING
We’ve been informed that our block at the AT&T Executive Conference Center has been sold out for at least one of the nights during the Athletic Band Symposium. Two other local hotels, listed at the link below, have room availability for the duration of the conference.
We recommend making your hotel reservations as soon as possible—hotels in Austin typically run very close to capacity, even during summer months, and availability at properties adjacent to the university is not guaranteed.

PARKING
If you will need to park a car on campus and are NOT staying at the AT&T Conference Center, a garage parking pass can be purchased for $44 (Wednesday through Saturday). Guests staying at the AT&T Conference Center will park in the hotel garage should you bring a car to campus.
WEATHER
Average high and low temperatures for Austin during the conference dates are 87 and 67 degrees. While Austin enjoys an average of 228 days of sunshine each year, late May and early June can be rainy.
GOLF
Enjoy a round of golf at River Place Country Club, one of Austin’s premier golf clubs. Registration is $60 and includes cart, range balls, green fee, bus, and lunch. Club rental directly from River Place is available for $50.
